No-Scent Environment

We require that you come for your appointments free of fragrances, both chemical and natural.  We want to ensure that everyone can walk into Mandala without the fear of being affected by toxins in the air.  Although some of us are more sensitive than others to fragrances, all of our health is being compromised by exposure to chemical agents in the products that we use.  Please consider your perfumes and colognes, hair products, deodorants, lotions, and all other products before coming for your session at Mandala.  Thank you for respecting everyone around you by being scent free!

Cancellation Policy

Time is valuable in all of our lives. Not only do cancelled and missed appointments affect our therapist’s income, they limit appointment availability for all of our clients. We respectfully request you to honor this policy for everyone’s benefit.

We require a 24-hour notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments.

Less than 24 hour notice or Missed appointment-  Full service fee will be charged

Gift Certificates will be voided for missed appointments.

Gift Certificate Expiration

Gift Certificates will be honored for one year from the time of purchase. Gift Certificates will NOT be honored after the expiration date.  Please plan for a 2 month wait time for appointment openings to use your gift certificate.  Thank you.
